Food Cost Program

Systematic Inquiry Group offers annual, semi-annual and quarterly Food Cost Programs. These programs are targeted to restaurants who want to maintain profits, prevent employee theft and enhance security and company policy adherence.

The Food Cost Program is a one day event. It consists of a brief discussion to understand the issues; an upbeat, one hour all employee meeting; one-on-one employee interviews; detailed report of our findings; and suggestions for specific long-term solutions.
